Certified Life Coach & Creative Yoga Teacher

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been drawn to helping others feel seen, safe, and free to express themselves. While volunteering with Childline, I began to truly understand the struggles young people face — the worries, pressures, and emotions they often hold inside.
I wanted to do more than just listen; I wanted to equip people with the tools to navigate life with confidence, calm, and joy. That’s what led me here.
Through a blend of life coaching, yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, storytelling, and creative art, I guide people to reconnect with their inner strengths. Together, we explore feelings, build coping skills, and celebrate self-expression. I believe everyone deserves a toolkit for life that helps them to be resilient and feel empowered.
Although I specialise in working with children of all ages, I offer coaching for parents and adults too.

Amy's Approach
Everyone is different — and so is the way they learn, feel, and grow.
That’s why my approach is gentle, flexible, and led by the individual needs of each child (or adult) I work with.
I believe that growth happens when we feel seen, heard, and supported. My role is to guide — not to fix or instruct — helping children uncover their natural confidence and calm from within.
Whether through a coaching conversation, a story-based yoga flow, mindful breathing, or a moment of creative expression, each session offers space to breathe, grow, and unfold your wings — at your own pace.
