  • 1-1 sessions (online or we can discuss a location preferred)

  • Child centred, creative and playful

  • Typically 4 sessions

  • You’ll receive brief updates after each session and a helpful guide at the end​​​​

About Me

 

I’m a certified Children’s Life Coach, wellbeing practitioner and trauma informed yoga teacher.

I’ve supported children through:

 

  • Childline counselling

  • Primary school wellbeing work

  • Emotional regulation coaching

  • Confidence building sessions

 

I’m also a mum - so I understand how much you want your child to feel happy, confident and understood.
