At School

Schools are at the heart of a child’s world — and sometimes, a little extra support can make all the difference. I offer a range of in-school sessions that bring calm, confidence, and creativity into the classroom, helping children (and teachers) thrive.

My time in schools can include:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions for children who need space to explore feelings and build confidence

  • Small group sessions focusing on friendship, resilience, or managing emotions

  • Whole-class wellbeing workshops that bring mindfulness and emotional learning to life through stories, movement, and creativity

Each session is practical, child-centred, and tailored to the needs of your school — we can focus on areas such as:

  • Worry and anxiety

  • Low confidence or self-esteem

  • Emotional regulation and resilience

  • Friendship challenges or family changes

  • Social media pressures and body image

I also offer fun, creative yoga and mindfulness workshops for children — perfect for smaller groups or full classes. These sessions combine movement, breathwork, and imagination to help pupils reconnect with their bodies and emotions in a playful, positive way.

And it’s not just for the children — I love running wellbeing sessions for teachers and school staff too, offering simple, restorative practices to reduce stress and bring balance back to busy days.
