Schools are under increasing pressure to support children’s emotional wellbeing. My coaching provides early, gentle intervention that reduces pressure on staff and helps pupils feel calmer, more confident and ready to learn.

Children are arriving in school with increasing emotional needs. Many struggle with:

  • big emotions or dysregulation

  • anxiety or worries

  • friendship challenges

  • difficulty settling or staying focused

These pupils often need a calm, trusted adult — someone who can help them regulate, reflect and rebuild confidence before concerns escalate.

My role is to provide early intervention that reduces pressure on staff and supports your safeguarding and pastoral duties.

What I Offer

1–1 Wellbeing Coaching

Gentle, practical sessions using conversation, creativity and play to help children:

  • regulate emotions

  • build confidence

  • develop resilience

  • improve friendships

  • feel more settled in class

Most children benefit from 4–6 sessions, with 4–6 pupils supported per day.​

 

How It Works in School
  • Sessions take place during the school day

  • Pupils are referred by staff

  • I work closely with your pastoral and safeguarding teams

  • Brief feedback is provided where appropriate

  • No additional admin for teachers

  • All safeguarding concerns are reported immediately following your procedures

This is a simple, low‑pressure intervention that fits smoothly into your school day.
