Schools & Parents

Children and teenagers are carrying worries quietly (and sometimes not so quietly!) - masking, coping or trying to hold everything together until it becomes too much.

My work with schools and families focuses on helping children feel steadier, more confident and more connected, while supporting the adults around them to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.

This is gentle, preventative emotional wellbeing support - delivered with warmth, safety and deep care.

Support for Schools

I work with primary and secondary schools to support for pupils who are:

  • struggling with confidence or self esteem

  • masking anxiety or overwhelm

  • finding friendships difficult

  • experiencing emotional dysregulation

  • navigating change, transition or loss

  • feeling pressure to cope or perform

How I work in schools

  • 1:1 emotional wellbeing sessions

  • Small group confidence and resilience work

  • Support for new starters or children struggling with transition

  • Close communication with pastoral teams

  • Clear feedback for staff and parents

My approach is warm and child centred - helping children feel safe enough to open up, explore their emotions and build confidence from the inside out.

Support for Parents & Adults

I support parents who want to understand their child’s emotions, strengthen connection at home and feel more confident supporting big feelings.

And I also work with adults in their own right - whether or not they have children.

Many adults come to me because they’re:

  • overwhelmed or carrying too much

  • masking stress or emotion

  • struggling with confidence

  • navigating change or transition

  • finding it hard to balance work, home and their own wellbeing

  • wanting to feel steadier and more grounded

This is not about fixing people. It’s about helping them feel seen, understood and supported - and helping them build steadiness from the inside out.
